Terms of Use and Purchase

These terms set out the rules for using the online store Say Divine and for purchases between the seller and the buyer.

1. General terms

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms, the Shipping Policy, the Right of Withdrawal and Warranty terms and the Privacy Policy. Purchases can be made in Latvian or English. Orders may be placed by adults, or by minors with the consent of their parents or guardians.

These terms do not limit the consumer's rights under the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Products

The store sells professional hair care cosmetics and hair care related products. The main characteristics, ingredients and usage information of the products are given in the product description. The packaging design or shade may differ slightly from the image if the manufacturer has updated the packaging; this does not affect the properties of the product.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and are final prices including all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Prices may change, but the price shown at the time of ordering applies to an order that has already been confirmed.

4. Ordering and payment

The buyer selects the products, enters the delivery details and confirms the order with an obligation to pay. The available payment methods are shown on the checkout page. Payments are processed by secure payment service providers; the seller does not see or store the buyer's payment card details.

A purchase is complete once the buyer has paid and received an order confirmation at the email address provided.

If, after the order is confirmed, it turns out that a product is unavailable, or an incorrect price is shown due to an obvious technical error, the seller will contact the buyer immediately. The buyer may choose to wait for the product, receive an equivalent product (if offered and agreed by the buyer) or cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid within 14 days at the latest.

5. Delivery

We deliver within 5–7 days of purchase. Delivery methods and prices are described in the “Shipping Policy”.

6. Right of withdrawal and legal guarantee

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days and to submit a claim for non-conforming goods within two years of delivery. The procedure and exceptions are described in “Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Warranty”. You can also withdraw from a purchase online on the page “Withdraw from Purchase”.

7. Use of products

Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and labelling. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, check the ingredients before use and, where recommended by the manufacturer, carry out a patch test.

8. Liability

The seller is not liable for damage caused by using a product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or by improper storage. This section does not limit the seller's liability for non-conforming goods or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law.

9. Intellectual property

The store design, logo and original texts are the property of the seller; product images and brands belong to their manufacturers. Copying or using this content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please send complaints to saydivinemail@gmail.com. We respond to complaints as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (www.ptac.gov.lv), including by submitting an application to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee (out-of-court dispute resolution), or bring the matter before a court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. In cross-border disputes, the consumer may also contact the European Consumer Centre Latvia.

Purchases are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
